Specifically designed to keep food at between 80 to 85 degrees celsius, complying with health regulations, both soup kettles use a thermostat to hold the soup temperature within one degree.

The thermostat control allows the water to boil in the heating tank thus heating cold soup in the pot to serving temperature. The thermostat is then turned down to 85° to hold food at serving temperature. Food keeps hot for hours without drying out. Both appliances use concealed heating elements.
